The Très Rare Paul Giraud Cognac is a blend consisting of carefully chosen Grande Champagne eaux-de-vies from the producer’s collection. The cognac displays a deep mahogany colour. On the nose, expect aromas of tobacco, leather and cigars, followed by spicy notes of clove and pepper. The palate is round and full-bodied. Best enjoyed neat.
