Pasote Tequila is a new brand made by Felipe Camarena in his distillery, El Pandillo. The Pasote Añejo is the longest aged tequila from this range, spending one year in American ex-bourbon barrels. On the nose, sweet aromas of clean vanilla, light caramel and coconut are tempered by some smoke and white pepper. The palate is rich and smooth, with agave, marshmallow and chocolate orange notes.
