Pago Negralada comes from a plot of Tempranillo, the finest Spanish grape variety. The vines were planted on soils with deep gravel and surface sand, giving the wine a firm, tannic character. Expect notes of plums, blackberries and cherries, together with balsamic, spiced, liquorice notes.
