Since its inception in 2017, the Oxford Artisan Distillery has been producing high quality spirits made from locally grown heritage grain. This is the third batch of their anniversary rye whisky, which was matured in American oak casks for 17 months, and then fully matured in Moscatel de Setúbal wine casks for an additional 19 months. Expect notes of candied fruit, honey, white chocolate, nutmeg and a hint of smoke.
