Distilled at the Oxford Artisan Distillery, this rye whisky is their inaugural release. On the nose, expressive aromas of banana yoghurt, herbs, freshly baked bread, caramel, butter, clove, nutmeg and nuts. The palate brings out creamy banana bread, toasted sourdough, almonds and vanilla. This first batch was bottled at 46.3% ABV and limited to 502 bottles.
