A craft mezcal from Ojo de Dios – which means `God’s eye` in Spanish – produced in Oaxaca from sustainably grown Espadín agave. To make this ‘Joven’ expression, the agave is roasted for around 10 days and double distilled, without any ageing process. It is packed with fresh, green notes, some citrus fruit and dried herbs.
