Hailing from the prestigious Stags Leap District, the 2012 Odette Cabernet Sauvignon is composed of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot and 11% Cabernet Franc. A voluptuous, silky-soft red with integrated tannins supported by great acidity. Notes of black cherries, raspberries, black currant, sweet spice, and anise can be found on both the palate and nose, all with underlying minerality.
