A single barrel Anejo from Ocho, distilled in 2018 and produced using agave from the El Vergal ranch. Light amber in the glass with aromas of cooked agave,toasty oak, caramel and citrus. On the palate - cooked agave, black pepper, oak, caramel and citrus before a long and persistent finish.
Aged for 17 months in barrel before bottling.
