No.1 Saint-Cernin Blanc is an extremely limited production Chardonnay from Limoux, in the Pyrenean foothills. On the nose it offers delicious waves of white peach, apricot and citrus fruit, accented by delicate notes of vanilla and frangipane. The palate is round and voluptuous, exhibiting wonderful stone fruit flavours, nutty savoury depth and excellent tensile length. The finish is long and refreshing, punctuated by subtle mineral hints. Perfect for any fish or chicken dish!
