Cantine Nicosia produces this vibrant, unoaked Grillo from its organically farmed vineyards in southeast Sicily. An elegant expression of the island`s signature white grape variety, this wine offers aromas of citrus, subtle stone fruit and floral notes, with hints of fennel. The palate is fresh with ripe apricot fruit and a crisp, savoury finish. A perfect accompaniment to grilled fish dishes or seafood risotto.
