Nicosia Grillo is an organic Sicilian white wine produced from the island`s signature native grape variety. Produced with low-intervention techniques and minimal additions of sulphur dioxide, the wine exhibits bright citrus and stone fruit aromas with top notes of white flowers and fennel. It is fresh on the palate
with more mouth-watering citrus and ripe apricot fruit, and a crisp, savoury finish. A perfect terrace wine or accompaniment to light salads, seafood pastas or white risottos.
