Newton Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 1985 is a mature-vintage Cabernet Sauvignon blend from the Napa Valley of California. The stunning Newton Vineyard property in Spring Mountain was established by Peter Newton in 1977. Always produced with as little intervention as possible - with ambient yeast fermented, minimal racking and transferring by gravity - the Cabernets of Newton are justly lauded as fine expressions of the relatively high-altitude terroir of Spring Mountain. 1985 was an excellent California vintage with many top-quality wines produced.
