This vintage rum forms part of ‘The Colours of Rum’ label, a collection of superior, single-cask rums, created by the Polish company Wealth Solutions. The liquid was distilled in Jamaica at New Yarmouth – the lesser-known sister distillery of Appleton – in November 1994 and matured in American oak cask #435081 for 26 years, of which 25 were in the tropics. It’s a fresh and vibrant tasting rum, despite its long maturation in wood.
