The ‘Never Say Die’ brand was created by Dalton Dalton, a former professional rugby player. Dalton was inspired to create the brand after hearing the story of Never Say Die, a racehorse that was born with a heart defect. The horse overcame its disability to win the Kentucky Derby in 1951. It is a high-rye bourbon, which means that it has a spicier flavour profile than a traditional bourbon. Expect notes of caramel, vanilla, and baking spices on the palate.
