Neta Espadín is a small-batch Mezcal produced from 100% Espadín agave in Miahuatlán, in the Oaxaca region of Mexico. Neta was established by Niki Nakazawa, Max Rosenstock and Yuskei Murayama, who work with small family farmers from Logoche, in the Miahuatlán district of Oaxaca. Produced with capón Espadín (whereby each plant’s flowering stalk is cut before it has a chance to fully develop in order to increase yield and concentrate flavour. A high-toned and delicate Mezcal, perfect for sipping.
