Les Bottes Rouges is a small winery located in the Jura region of France, founded by winemaker Jean-Baptiste Menigoz. The ‘Neo Pinot Noir’ is one of their flagship wines, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. It is produced using organic and biodynamic farming practices, and the winemaking process is guided by minimal intervention principles. This approach allows the wine to express the terroir`s unique characteristics and results in a more authentic, natural flavour profile.
