Domaine Poiron-Dabin`s Château Thébaud Muscadet is made from the Melon de Bourgogne grape variety, which is typical of the Muscadet region. The wine is known for its crisp acidity, vibrant citrus flavours, and saline notes that reflect the maritime influence of the nearby Atlantic Ocean. The Château Thébaud cuvée is often aged on its lees (sur lie) for an extended period, which adds further complexity and texture to the wine.
