100% Swartland Chenin Blanc, with grapes sourced from a 45-year-old Granite soil vineyard on the Paardeberg and a 41-year-old Schist soil vineyard on Kasteelberg. Boasting 7% ABV and 342g/l residual sugar, this sweet wine unfolds a sophisticated array of flavours, including sun-dried apricots, zesty limes, and a pronounced pithiness. These distinctive characteristics are a product of the fertile Schist soils of Kasteelberg, leading to a captivating interplay of Meebos-like salinity and a lush, velvety mouthfeel.
