Mullineux Olerasay Straw Wine is a dessert wine produced by Mullineux Family Wines, a highly respected winery located in Swartland. The wine is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes, which are left to dry on straw mats, concentrating their natural sugars and flavours before being pressed. This process, known as ‘passerillage’ or ‘straw wine’ method, results in a sweet, viscous, and intensely flavoured wine. Expect notes of dried apricots, honey, orange peel, and a touch of spice.
