Black Barrel is the newest expression to join Mount Gay’s portfolio. The rum is aged in the standard charred ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in barrels with a much deeper level of char. Expect a rich but harmonious rum, with plenty of spice notes, tropical fruits and vanilla.
