Part of the so-called ‘Beaujolais Renaissance’, Daniel Bouland makes expressive red wines, with plenty of grip and overflowing with personality. The 2020 Morgon Les Delys is made with Gamay grapes from very old vines that were planted in 1926. Medium to full-bodied, this is a fleshy and concentrated expression, brimming with notes of cherries, raspberries, hints of liquorice and some black pepper.
