Domaine de Montmollin is a Swiss wine producer based in Neuchâtel which roots go back to the 17th century. From the 2019 vintage, all of the wines are certified organic by Bio-Switzerland. Part of their portfolio is this 10-year-old Marc de Pinot Noir, which has been matured on oak barrels. Expect earthy, floral notes, with hints of vanilla, nougat and traces of white pepper.
