Montemarzino Roagna (6 x 75cl) 2022

The most recent white wine from the winery is crafted with the goal of producing an indigenous variety with outstanding aging potential. Made from Timorasso grapes, a historic variety from the Colli Tortonese, the grapes are carefully transported in small crates. After a short maceration in the press, the must is allowed to brown naturally, without the addition of sulphites.

Fermentation occurs in wooden vats using indigenous yeasts, and the wine is then aged on its lees for two years, resulting in a wine with remarkable depth, complexity, and longevity.
