Fabien Coche, a fourth-generation vigneron, assumed the reins of the family estate in 2005, succeeding his father, Alain. Starting from the 2020 vintage, the Domaine’s name transitioned from Coche-Bizouard to Fabien Coche. The Coche family holds a prominent position in Burgundy, with close ties to Raphaël Coche-Dury, who is a cousin. Historically, the two estates were one single Domaine until their split in 1949. His Meursault 2012 offers a delightful combination of richness, freshness, and complexity, making it a true gem from the region.
