The 2013 Le Macchiole Messorio Toscana IGT was made from Merlot sourced from the Puntone and Vignone vineyards. Fermented in stainless-steel and cement tanks under controlled temperatures, the wine matures in new and used barriques. Expect silky tannins, accompanied by flavours of blackberries, cherries, and plums that lead to a lingering finish.
