Cap Corse is a 40 kilometres long peninsula located at the northern tip of Corsica, where this traditional aperitif wine comes from. First created in 1872, the wine is based on Corsican ‘mistelle’ - a fresh grape must composition of Muscat and Vermentinu, collected exclusively on the French island. It has an incomparable bittersweet, floral profile, with zesty lemon and lemongrass notes.
