Man o War Dreadnought Syrah 2019 is a full-bodied red wine produced from organically farmed Syrah grapes on Wahere Island, New Zealand. The Syrah grapes for Man o War`s Dreadnought cuvée are sourced from a steep hillside vineyards and vinified partly as whole bunches and partly destemmed. The wine spends 22 months maturing in barrel. "A rich, warming wine with blackcurrant, blackberry, dark cherry and plum flavours plus a suggestion of spice/anise and oak flavours. Although it is accessible when first released it will develop well with bottle age." Bob Campbell, MW
