Château Malescot St Exupéry is a Third Growth wine producer that can trace its history back to the 18th century. Situated in the Margaux appellation, the estate comprises 23 hectares under vine, sitting on deep, grave soils. The 2019 vintage is a blend of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot, presented here in a half bottle format. The wine was matured for 16 months in oak barriques and bottled unfiltered. Expect a full-bodied wine, marked by perfumed notes of red cherries, liquorice, violets and dark chocolate.
