Thibault Legrand represents the newest generation in a family of champagne producers. Upon entering the industry, he opted for a distinctive approach. Influenced by the biodynamic philosophy of his close friend Flavien Nowack, Thibault shifted towards crafting more natural, terroir-driven wines. The cuvée ‘Lutétien’ is a Blanc de Blancs, made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from vineyards in the village of Vandieres, Vallée de la Marne. This release is a limited production, comprising only 1,480 bottles.
