Los Siete Misterios Tobala is made using traditional methods. The hearts of mature Tobalá agaves are harvested and roasted in an underground pit oven, imparting smoky flavors. After cooking, the agaves are crushed, and the juice is fermented using natural airborne yeasts. The fermented juice is then distilled in copper alembic stills. Expect notes of tropical fruit, citrus, floral elements, and a hint of earthiness. The smoky and herbal characteristics from the roasting process add depth and complexity to the overall taste.
