A unique gin in that this spirit is three times distilled from Pisco and created in hybrid copper pot stills before being blended with Andean glacial spring water from the Cordillera Blanca. With Peruvian botanicals including groundcherry, coriander, lime as well as pink peppercorns that grow at the distillery, the name nods to its creator`s British roots and the flavours and crafts of Peru.
