A 100% Friulano wine from Friuli DOC fermented in stainless steel then aged for 11 months in both stainless steel and large oak barrels on its fine lees with regular battonage, then a further 12 months in bottle prior to release. A perfumed nose of exotic fruits, peach, ginger, bergamot, candied citrus and acacia flowers. Fresh and intriguing it has a long and persistant finish.
