Home of the first recorded distillation of Scotch whisky in 1494, Lindores Abbey has been making modern Scotch whisky since 2017, after a new state-of-the-art distillery was built. Its single malt was aged in ex-Bourbon, ex-Sherry and ex-Burgundy red wine casks, offering a rich yet light flavour profile, with citrus and orchard fruits, plus a touch of salt.
