Domaine de la Tournelle Les Corvées Sous Curon Chardonnay 2004 is a medium-bodied white wine from the Jura region of France. Domaine de la Tournelle is an eminent, organic-certified Jura property, making traditional styles of wine from local grape varieties. This Chardonnay cuvée is produced from the lieu-dit of Les Corvées Sous Curon, a site of limestone gravel and clay soils. The wine is vinified in used oak barrels and matured in the same barrels for 18 to 24 months without sulphite additions. An elegant, concentrated Chardonnay that would be best enjoyed with white fish dishes or lobster.
