Leoville Las Cases Half 2019

Owned by the Delon family since the mid-20th century, Château Léoville-Las Cases is a Second Growth wine estate situated in the Saint-Julien appellation. The property covers 98 hectares of vineyards, which soils are mostly gravel over sand and clay, with some areas where the clay reaches the surface. The 2019 vintage is a blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, aged in 90% new oak. The wine has immense depth, boasting notes of cassis, dark berries, tobacco leaves and pencil shavings. Presented here in a increasingly popular half bottle size.
