86% Sangiovese and 14% Syrah aged 22 months in mostly neutral French oak and large French oak oval botti. On the nose, dried fruits, cream frosting, and pure ripe strawberries. On the palate, the wine has unbelievable length, glorious acidity, and very fine-grained tannin. Its levity makes it pair with an incredible variety of dishes from red meat to pasta, to heavy fish. Drink now through to 2032.
