Launched in Vic Fezensac in 2011, L’Encantada is a joint venture created by close friends who are passionate about armagnac. They work with a number of independent domaines and source hand-picked brandies directly from these producers. This particular vintage expression comes from Domaine Lassale, which only grows Ugni Blanc. Aged in new oak barrels, it offers a soft texture on the palate, with notes of apples, brown sugar and wood.
