Legent Yamazaki Cask is a limited-edition bourbon that combines the best of both worlds. Kentucky bourbon and Japanese whisky. It starts as a standard Legent bourbon, aged for eight years in charred white oak casks. Then, it`s sent to Japan for finishing in French oak wine and sherry casks, previously used for maturing Yamazaki single malt. This unique finishing process imparts a delicate balance of sweetness, spice, and fruit, creating a complex and intriguing flavour profile. The result is a bourbon with a distinct character, showcasing the influence of both American and Japanese whisky-making traditions.
