First appearing in the 1988 vintage, Le Petit Cheval is the second wine of illustrious Saint-Émilion estate, Château Cheval Blanc. On average, 4,000 cases of Le Petit Cheval are made each vintage and it is produced mostly from declassified wine from the Grand Vin that is blended with other selected parcels. A blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc packed with sweet juicy berries and a beautiful freshness. Sold in approachable half bottle.
