Lafaurie-Peyraguey is a 1er Grand Cru Classé estate, located on the high gravel terrace of Sauternes, 70m above sea level. Produced from a blend of botrytised Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc, the 1997 displays notes of honeyed citrus and tropical fruits, a wonderfully unctuous palate and a long, evolving finish.
