La Tâche is a small Grand Cru vineyard in the village of Vosne-Romanée, at the heart of the Côte de Nuits, and is a monopole of the legendary Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. The 2016 vintage boasts a gloriously floral nose of violets and rose petals, following through to spicy red fruit on the plush, full-bodied palate. Balanced by beautifully fine-grained tannins and juicy acidity.
