Regarded as one of Spain`s most remarkable vignerons, Álvaro Palacios has profoundly transformed the winemaking panorama of Priorat, Catalonia. Commencing with the 2018 harvest, he initiated the bottling of a singular vineyard wine sourced from the "La Baixada" plot, positioned on the north-oriented slopes of the Dofi vineyard. It is a classic and well-structured Priorat wine, displaying energy, finesse, and exceptional purity. The blend for this 2021 vintage consists of 95% Garnacha, 4% Cariñena, and 1% white grapes.
