This wine is a curiosity from the négoce side of his business and is a multi-regional blend of Chardonnay from the Jura and Burgundy (Mâconnais) with the addition of Riesling from Alsace. All the grapes are vinified together with élevage in 7 to 10-year-old barriques for 12 months. It is fresh, zippy and zesty, with hints of tropical fruit richness, spice and a seam of wonderful minerality.
