Made from 100% Muscat de Frontignan, Vin de Constance from Klein Constantia Estate is one of the great sweet wines of the world. The 1998 is a fabulous mature example that is nearing its peak drinking window, with intense and complex notes of dried stone fruits, citrus peel, dried honey and griddled nuts. A delicious treat simply by itself but it would be sublime paired with mature cheeses and dried fruits.
