Kings County Peated Bourbon is a peated style of Bourbon produced at the Kings County Distillery in Brooklyn, New York. Produced using a high corn mashbill and with peated malt kilned in Scotland, this award-winning, hybrid style of whiskey was matured in virgin American oak casks and offers notes of brambles, plums and wood smoke, barbecued meat, coffee and cinnamon.
