Founded in 1879 by C. M. Dedman, the Kentucky Owl distillery has a long-standing history, brought to a halt by the 1920`s Prohibition. But in 2010, Dixon Dedman reignited the Kentucky Owl brand created by his great-great-grandfather. This release is their St Patrick`s Day Edition, which is made up of Kentucky Straight Bourbons between 4 and 8 years old, each coming in with their own unique flavour profile.
