The exceptionally rare G-Max Trocken represents Klaus-Peter Keller’s top selected parcel of estate-grown grapes, the identity of which is not disclosed and varies from year to year. The 2007 is extraordinarily complex and wonderfully redolent of stone fruits, citrus oil, wild herbs and brown spices. There is remarkable interweaving of exceptionally concentrated fruit, an almost creamy richness and cooling minerality. It is a compelling wine and is entirely in a class of its own.
