KEIGETSU Hedonism Undiluted 10 Kimoto Junmai Daiginjo is made using Tokubetsu Saibai Yamadanishiki rice, grown in limited quantities on high-altitude terraced paddies in Tosa Village, Kochi Prefecture, Japan. The pristine environment, significant temperature variations, and soft water contribute to a full-bodied, elegant sake with fewer impurities. The rice is polished to 45% and prepared with the traditional Kimoto method, which involves hand-pasting steamed rice to introduce natural bacteria, resulting in a sake with floral notes, juicy stone fruits like nashi pear and Japanese white peach, a steely mouthfeel, and deep umami.

This sake is undiluted, meaning no water is added to reduce ABV or alter texture, and it is non-charcoal filtered, enhancing its complexity and robust profile. Hedonism "Undiluted 10" develops an intriguing balance of sweetness and savouriness, transitioning to a mineral-rich, dry finish. With the ability to age for years, it maintains its fragrant and fruity characteristics while deepening in smoothness and umami, delivering an unforgettable tasting experience.
