Produced from single cask #6207, this Japanese malt whisky was distilled in 1981 at the now-closed Karuizawa and bottled in September 2011. The nose is warming, aromatic and fruity, with delicate aromas of sherry, Maraschino cherries and a touch of leather. The palate is rich and spicy, with notes of ginger, pepper, chilli and a touch of bitterness.
