The winery`s name, inspired by the Patagonian wild goose (Caiquén), symbolizes the spirit of crossing borders, reflecting the founder`s passion for exploring new horizons in winemaking. This particular release is a red wine made from 100% Malbec grapes sourced from the Canota Valley in Mendoza. The Canota Valley, known for its high-altitude vineyards and cool climate, provides ideal conditions for growing Malbec grapes with intense flavours and balanced acidity.
